RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. We only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and deodorant, perfume, and smoke free. All original tags must be attached ( note, some items purchased online will not be tagged). We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale Items

  • Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more

  • Candles 

  • Accessories (e.g. jewelry, purses, apple watch bands, geode pop socket, etc.) 

 

 All items must be delivered back to Caffeinated Beauty Bar HQ within 30 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. 

 

Please include your packing slip in your return package. If you do not have your order number, email caffeinated.contact@gmail.com. 

 

The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. Please send returns to:

Once the item is received, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You will receive an e-gift card via email. This can be used online or during a personal shopping appointment at Caffeinated Beauty Bar HQ. 

 

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email caffeinated.contact@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 

 

Lost Packages: USPS provides insurance up to $100 on Priority Mail packages. We recommend upgrading to Priority shipping at checkout. Caffeinated Beauty Bar is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. Please email caffeinated.contact@gmail.com for assistance in filing an insurance claim on USPS.gov.

 

Exchanges: Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

 

Holiday Return Policy: Orders places from November 23rd -December 24th can be returned for store credit until January 31, 2019.
 

Additional Return Details: After the item has been worn, it is yours for good. Caffeinated Beauty Bar is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn. As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves, and you as our customer. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported damaged if the items show any sign of wear. 

 

Incorrect/Missing Orders: We triple check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen. If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item let us know by emailing caffeinated.contact@gmail.com with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, or it will not be accepted. We will send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you have received the label, please send back the incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can ship you the correct item. 

 

Price Adjustments: Should an item on the site be marked down after you have purchased, please contact us at caffeinated.contact@gmail.com within 14 days from the order date for a one-time price adjustment. Credit will be issued in the form of store credit. We are sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions and discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing your order.

 

Returning Personal Shopping at Caffeinated Beauty Bar HQ Purchases: If you make a purchase during a personal shopping appointment at Caffeinated Beauty Bar HQ, then need to return it by shipping it please be sure to include the receipt. Items returned from HQ that do not have the tags attached will not be accepted.
